2. 2. The moment you subscribe, your first Upadesh unlocks immediately.
3. 3. After that, the next Upadesh unlocks automatically every 30 days — one at a time, in order.
4. 4. One Upadesh a month. That’s the time you need to actually practise it before the next one opens.
5. 5. These teachings are available in both English and Hindi.
6. 6. The English and Hindi lessons are not the same, because language changes which aspects are covered. So if you know both, choose both below.
7. 7. If you know only English, choose English.
8. 8. If you know only Hindi, choose Hindi.
9. 9. As long as your subscription is active, every Upadesh you’ve unlocked so far stays available to rewatch, any time.
