Guru Pashupati Foundation currently offers only digital products through https://trilokakhada.com. No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, access to the relevant digital product will typically be provided:
Immediately upon payment confirmation, or
On or before the scheduled start date of the digital programme, as mentioned on the product page.
Access details (such as login information, links, and instructions) will be shared via the Site and/or email.
If you do not receive access details within a reasonable time after payment:
Please check your email spam/junk folder.
If still not received, contact support@trilokakhada.com with your transaction reference.
We will verify your purchase and re‑send or restore access as appropriate.
There is currently no physical shipping. If physical products are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated with details of shipping timelines and charges.
