All offerings currently provided are digital products, such as online courses, programmes, live/recorded sessions, and digital learning materials. No physical products are sold.
All purchases of digital products are final and non‑refundable.
Once a payment is successfully completed, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Non‑usage or inability to attend live components
Perceived lack of benefit
Schedule conflicts or personal circumstances

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a digital product:

We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access or provide an alternative way to access the content.
Resolving access issues does not imply any obligation to provide a refund.
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or clear payment error:

After verification, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for any genuine duplicate payment or adjust it against future access.
