This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products offered by Guru Pashupati Foundation through https://trilokakhada.com.

1. Digital products only

All offerings currently provided are digital products, such as online courses, programmes, live/recorded sessions, and digital learning materials. No physical products are sold.

2. No refund policy

  • All purchases of digital products are final and non‑refundable.

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Non‑usage or inability to attend live components

    • Perceived lack of benefit

    • Schedule conflicts or personal circumstances

Please carefully review the information on each product page before making a purchase.

3. Access issues and technical problems

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a digital product:

  • Please contact support@trilokakhada.com with your name, email, and transaction details.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access or provide an alternative way to access the content.

  • Resolving access issues does not imply any obligation to provide a refund.

4. Duplicate or erroneous payments

In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or clear payment error:

  • Contact support@trilokakhada.com with proof of the duplicate charge.

  • After verification, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for any genuine duplicate payment or adjust it against future access.
